ISO Quality Kanthal and Nichrome Resistance heating wire and strip FeCrAl or NiCr
Resistance heating wire and strip are made of Fe Cr Al or NiCr Alloy.Fe-Cr-Al Iron-Chromium-Aluminum alloys are available as wire, strip, welded and seamless tubes; All these product forms are available from stock for fast deliveries. The high aluminum content, in combination with the high chromium content causes the scaling temperature to increase up to 1425 C (2600F ); Under the headline heat resistance, these FeCrAl alloys are compared with commonly used Fe and Ni base alloys. As can be seen from that table, the FeCrAl alloys have superior properties as compared to the other alloys. Iron Chromium Aluminum alloys are widely used in industrial electrical furnace, electrical oven, home applicance, electrical heator, infrared settings, etc. Max contineous working temperature: 1250 C. Melting Temperature: 1500 C Electric Resistivity: 1.42 ohm mm2/m Diameter: 0.01mm-10mm Has been used extensively as heating elements in industrial furnaces and electrical kilns. Has less hot strength than Tophet alloys but much higher melting point. Ni Cr Nichrome (Ni-Cr) and Nickel-chromium-iron (Ni-Cr-Fe) Resistance Electrical Heating Alloys have high resistance, fine exterior antioxidation, high intensity under high temperature, good processabilities, and solderabilities. They are widely used in such industries as metallurgy, household appliances and mechanical manufacturing as heating components and in the industry of appliances as resistance materials. Electrical Resistivity: 1.12 ohm mm2/m Max contineous working temperature: 1150 C Temper: Annealed Diameter: Wire 0.02mm-1.0mm packing in spool Rod, Bar 1mm-30mm
